You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances for any reason. All payment plans need to be paid 100% and cannot be canceled (payment plans are not the same as subscriptions). Failure to pay what your payment plan balance will result in legal action. Payment plans are courtesy to the customers. Taking advantage of a payment plan and failing to complete the plan will result in the removal of the payment plan option. (Aka, you are screwing the people who actually need the payment plan. Don't do that.)
In The Key Of Success and CBE Music LLC ("the Company") does not process refunds. All sales are final. (Figured we should say it one more time.)
Please note that this section does not apply to most In The Key Of Success products. For the sale of certain products, In The Key Of Success may provide a money-back guarantee. If there is such a guarantee, it will be obviously stated on the sales and checkout page. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.
With respect to any purchase that has an explicitly stated guarantee, you must request your money back within 30 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected] That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success (meaning, you need to have completed the course 100%, and prove your work). To meet this requirement, you must meet the specific refund requirements of that product.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
Any customer may redeem a money-back guarantee from the Company only once regardless of how many products and/or services the customer purchases. In other words, after a customer has received a refund for any one product under this money-back guarantee, that customer shall not be entitled to a refund as to any other product or service purchased from the Company.
