Your retreat starts the moment you save your spot. You may notice a leveling up, an increase in energy, and the feeling of an invisible support system long before you ever arrive.
From Tuesday through Friday, you'll experience four restorative days and three nights of thoughtfully designed programming that blends nervous system regulation, somatic grounding, guided meditation, visioning, creativity, practical life planning, and advanced integration techniques. Together, we'll release old patterns, stories, and beliefs that may be holding you back while creating a personalized roadmap for what's next. We'll also harness the healing environment around us, which, at Murrieta, means plenty of time to soak in the renowned mineral hot springs. Expect meaningful conversations, quiet moments, creative exploration, an optional talent show, plenty of unstructured time to rest or create, and, of course, lots of belly laughs.
Your retreat fee includes all programming, accommodations in a private room, all meals, retreat materials, and full access to the mineral pools and resort grounds. Airfare and transportation to and from Murrieta Hot Springs Resort are not included. If you'd like to arrive the day before the retreat begins, you're welcome to reserve an additional night directly with the resort, subject to availability.
To Bring
Dress to rest... and maybe impress. 🙂 Bring comfortable clothing and shoes for light movement and time outdoors, swimwear for the mineral pools, headphones or earbuds, earplugs if you're sensitive to sound, a journal and pen (unless you've purchased the Rooted Upgrade Package), and a portable instrument or creative work if you'd like to participate in our optional talent show. We'll send a complete packing list before you arrive.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made on or before September 1, 2026 will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between September 2, 2026 and December 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refunds: Cancellations made on or after December 2, 2026 are non-refundable.
Note: If you need to cancel after December 2, 2026, you may transfer your spot to a qualified participant of your choosing, subject to approval.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to bad weather & travel delays, personal property loss, or emergency travel medical. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
